A love of beautiful things with a past
Magdalena La Bohème grew from my lifelong love of old things — pieces with history, character, and a beauty that simply can’t be recreated.
I’ve always been drawn to the details: worn gilt, delicate porcelain, old paintings, beautifully made objects, and the little imperfections that reveal a life lived before ours. I love the idea that something once treasured can be discovered, appreciated, and given another chapter.
What began as a love of collecting became Magdalena La Bohème — a carefully curated mix of vintage and antique pieces chosen one at a time. There is no formula for what makes it into the shop. I simply look for things that make me stop, look twice, and imagine them in a home.
My style is influenced by European interiors, French country houses, English cottages, and rooms that feel collected rather than decorated. But more than anything, I believe a home should tell the story of the people who live there.
Beauty should leave something good behind.
Giving back is woven into Magdalena La Bohème. A portion of every sale supports animal rescue and wildlife organizations doing meaningful work for animals in need. In giving beautiful things another chapter, we have the opportunity to help give animals one, too.
